There are 2 routes I can describe, the short one via Moradhim and the Orc Cave and a longer one via Moradhim and Rivervale avoiding the orc cave.
1. Halas - Fayspire via the orc cave.
From the Halas entrance tunnel head SE to the river and follow it south to just before the barbarian village of Diren Hold. From the bank north of here by a dam, head directly east and you should reach Moradhim (the coachmaster's outside). From the coachmaster, head directly east and you should come to a lake with the Shon-To monastery on your left and another structure visible on the valley walls. Keep heading east from here and you should come to the entrance to the orc tunnel at the head of the valley. If you try and sneak through invis, avoid the orc prophets who can see you. Enter the tunnel and follow it as it bends left, down a ramp, straight ahead, up a ramp and bend to the right to come out in Thudruk. (The E side of the river heading N is where the vipers are for the Moradhim L17 side-quest). Follow the river N to a lake with a bridge over the river. The east shore of the lake leads up to Fayspire, the west to Tethelin.
2. Halas to Fayspire avoiding orc cave (see next post)
Follow the directions in part 1 as far as Moradhim. After signing the ledger, head back west for 1 minute and turn south heading over the hills. You should pass south through Central Baga Village across a misty icy river valley and keep heading directly south (beware powerful mods here) 'til you reach the hobbit town of Merry-by-Water (SpiritMaster by gate). Take the road west out of town until it ends at another road by a watchtower. (L here would take you up to the goblins at Runnyeye gorge, R would take you down to the bridge by Darvar Manor with coachman). From this junction, head directly east, following the line of the low boundary hills to your north. As the hills skirt north and get higher, keep following them North at a high altitude to avoid mobs below. They will then skirt east and you will see the large goblin dungeon at Moss Mouth Cavern with a river issuing south from the cave between to camps. You need to head east past this camp (may need to skirt south if not invis) and follow the mountain range north as it skirts this way again. Follow these mountains north, dropping altitude as the mobs get green and you'll come to the eastern entrance to Rivervale (head through to the other side for the coachman's ledger and return when ready to proceed).
From the E entrance to Rivervale, head NE intil you reach barrier mountains again to your north. Follow the mountains east and you'll come to a human village below with Griffon stables. From here a path east out of town becomes a black road heading north over the mountain - follow this being carful to avoid the wild griffons at the top. Once over, follow the other side of the mountains west, staying at a high level. This will veer round to the north - keep following N. As it levels out and when you're able, head west again and you should see the northern entrance of the orc cave appear ahead of you with the river heading north to Fayspire and Tethelin. rom here - see my part one instructions.

South of Halas by swiming, west of Diren village, SE of Mora, go through cave, head down and choose which way you choose.

is it good for lvl 18-22 people?
If you pass guntak and kurnor, you're too much to the west and need to circle the mountain on your left hand.
good luck hunting.
Yes its worth while doing between 18 and 20 after the entrance take the first "doorway" to the right pass the big hall, downstairs there should be elites. further down king hickl(lvl23) awaits you - if he has spawned - he drops a lvl23 tunic.
Also in that area you can find mystic higuk(lvl21) who drops the artic robe.

Only the orc prophets can see invisible so avoid them. All of the orcs do not see invis.

The eru enchants have good spells to make then change into the other races to get the coaches.
So if your friend was an enchanter then if they had the barbarian spell, it should not be a problem.
