can someone tell me where the manor is in the zone like in the west or east or south or north part plz tell me thanks

You have to go all the way to the bottom of the house and go past the reanimated beast and 2 dark guards. Make sure you dont loot them.Then there are stairs on both sides of the room and what looks like a podium. There should be Heretic Biercith behind the podium with a Dacaying Guardian. If not then someone else has been there recently. Anyways , you need the hallway behind the podium. There are 3 rooms down this hallway. The south room has 2 dark guards with a table in it. Thats the room where Lord Crethley Spawns (Im not sure on spawn time). The East room is empty except for when there is a bard doing the lvl 20 qeynos bard quest. The West room is where Mary Crethley spawns with her Dacaying Guardian. I have narrowed mary crethley down to 8 hours spawn time and killing stuff in and around the house will not speed it up.

what level is the feathered robe?

Not a bad zone got a Beanploe off and Bear there all casters lvl 13 151 damg,+5 Int,+5 char and +25 to Power.
