Has any one killed that wicked Sylhilthis Snake-Lady creater? Is it a rare spawn... or like a Boss mob? maybe quest? Any one know please post!

lol it can be killed easily, I solo'd it other day quite rewarding took me about 25 min and got a naga belt i sold for couple million. Tinker Cleric Electricity "MF"

I do not know lvl or what it drops, but I had the misfortune of being near one of her giant snake friends and they just HAPPENED to see through my invis (I didn't run up to it! I swear! >.>) and it started nuking on me... Two nukes later I died... First nuke was 1550 and the second was 1700, quite painful! =D
Good luck if you try to take her down, she'll be annoying to kill, especially MTing her =\
