You have to kill named npc's at a camp SW/S from the coach....there are mog thugs all around the camp.

Blackwater is the coach in the ZONE, Brogfens.
It is in the (C) part of the zone, on the (E) side of the river.

That's because a little "whoops" has happened here. Blackwater is the name of the town, Brog Fens is the name of the zone. There is also a neutral coach here, an the town is in the East part of the zone ( I think ).
