Yes the PC version has better graphics but it is harder to level.

I played for about a year and a half, my main was a level 46 Iksar Warrior. There are alot more tradeskills to work on in the PC version.

    Just to name a few....
    Smithing
    Baking
    Brewing
    Tailoring
    Jewelry
    Pottery
    Begging
    Alcolhol Tolerance
    Fishing
    Fletching

In the PC version, you don't get debt. You just loose experience. So you could actually loose a level if you die often enough.

PC Version is so much better. If my PC wasn't such a PoS I'd be playing that instead. [:banghead:]

I don't know if PC has better graphics...

The players all are stanced like they're stuck in one of those stand-up rollercoasters. At least the animation and detail is better in EQOA.

But yeah EQOA needs some decent tradeskills. Shallow, shallow, shallow, shallow, shallow...

Yeah, the gnolls are stronger here. A group of 20's can get a real good amount of XP here fast. Even in the late 30's there are yellows such as the Redpaws. Some Quests require you to find your way through all of the caves to the gnolls theif or other monsters.

I discovered this neck charm after farming the front of the Blackburrow gnoll cave for about an hour. It only had resists of 4, but it says "this box has many wonderful things in store for you." This struck me as odd, so i wore it to see what would happen. Appearantly it is a "rare increaser." After 45 minutes of farming, a got 9 rares, 4 of them robes. There has also been an increase in rares in the group aspect, all members benefitting from it. "Trinket of Wonders"

I believe what you're mistaking for trees are stone pillars with a greenish tint. Thats definately not how trees look in EQOA. The round things next to it, and the tall pine looking trees in the background on the left are trees.
